Building Better Citizens for America (BBCA) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation created for the specific purpose of providing support for the Air Force Junior ROTC at Novato High School in Marin County, California.

Novato High School AFJROTC was the eleventh out of the initial 29 programs founded nationwide in 1966.  BBCA was formed by community members when the Novato Unified School District came under such extreme budgetary pressures that they had to consider closing the program.

BBCA supports the AFJROTC at NHS by working closely with the schools and community leaders to inform the public about the benefits of this program and to raise funds to ensure it will not be lost due to cyclical crises in the California budget.
